HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER NUTRITION COACHES OR PROGRAMS?

There is so much more that goes into nutrition coaching than telling you what to eat, and there is no "one size fits all" approach with us! We take an individualized approach to helping you set, understand and achieve your health and wellness goals.

We start by matching you with one of our certified nutrition coaches based on your goals, lifestyle factors and any current or past health conditions. Then you and your coach work together over the course of your program to develop lifelong habits that support a happy and healthy lifestyle.

IS THIS JUST CALORIE COUNTING OR MACRO TRACKING?

The short answer is NO! This program is designed to dive much deeper into:

-what foods you eat

-why you choose those foods

-what foods you SHOULD be eating

-how much food you should be eating

-the benefit of MICROnutrients

-building a healthy relationship with food

Calorie counting and macro tracking can be useful tools that your coach may use in your program, but this program is above and beyond a strictly numbers-based platform.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

YES! We would LOVE to work with you and your group! We have worked with groups (of all ages)!

I'M ALREADY BUSY. WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO THIS?

BUSY seems to be everyone's new theme these days. With schedules that are already piled high, you don't need more stress on your plate when trying to navigate the nutrition waters. You and your coach will work together to choose the nutrition program that is going to work BEST for YOU.

If face-to-face meetings just aren't going to work, we offer an online-only nutrition program. If you need to ask your coach a quick question but your next check-in isn't scheduled until the following week, we have an app that allows you 24/7 access to your coach.

 

We HAVE solutions.

DO I HAVE TO WORK OUT TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM WORK?

We believe that nutrition is the pillar of living a healthy life. If you are not currently following a fitness protocol, that is OK! Our coaches will work with you regardless of any prior nutrition, health or fitness coaching.

If you are currently following a regular fitness program, we can work with you to optimize your fitness performance, if that is a goal you have.

AM I GOING TO HAVE TO BUY SHAKES OR SUPPLEMENTS TO DO THIS PROGRAM?

NO! This program is based off of whole, unprocessed food selections. If you and your coach find areas in your nutrition that could use a supplement, we can help you choose an appropriate product.

You will never be required to buy specific supplements or products to adhere to your program.
